The SIPP was born from a simple belief: great food and craft beverages shouldn't come with a complicated price tag or a pretentious atmosphere. We wanted a place where you could linger over a well-made brunch and an honest pour without feeling like you needed to dress up or break the bank.
We feature a rotating selection of local and hard-to-find food items paired with craft beer, cider, seltzer, wine, and non-alcoholic options sourced from regional Pacific Northwest producers. The menu changes with the seasons and with what we're excited about — which means there's always something new to try.
Beyond the table, we're also a retail bottle shop. If you find something you love on tap or by the glass, chances are you can take a bottle home. We're proud to carry producers you won't find at a big-box store.
