“Growing up on a berry farm meant that summers were filled with incentives like not being able to go swimming in the river until you had picked your target number of pounds of berries each day. I vividly remember the excitement of putting our crates on the scale to see if we were released to swim! With just as much eagerness, I present to you my tribute to Oregon berries. All the Berries is a semi-sweet cider filled with flavor from three of my favorites that we grow: blueberries, raspberries and marionberries.”- Christine Walter, Head Cider Maker
Pineapple Strawberry Cider
Brazilian inspired cider with lime
If you know Monkless, you know we’re not known for brewing small beers - that said, we wanted a clean sessionable beer to share as the warm summer months approached us. We were inspired by the Trappist tradition of the Belgian Single. Brother’s Bier is a SMaSH beer brewed from Pilsen malt and Sterling hops, and fermented to a nice dry finish with our traditional Trappist yeast strain. A late hop addition of Sterling adds a bit of spicy, citrusy hop aroma and flavor to the quintessential fruity-spicy yeast character of a classic Belgian Single.
Brewed with flaked corn reminiscent of your great great grandpappy’s favorite chuggin’ beer from the 1880s but with notes of ripe fruit, fresh spring flowers and a touch of citrus in a beer made for drinkin’!
2021 GABF Gold. Incredibly smooth and complex Helles Lager. Flavors and aromatics of fresh baked bread, floral bouquets, and a touch of honey. Be careful what you seek for in the frozen mind.
A Blonde ale made with real Northwest raspberries, not extract or syrup. It is very light with strong raspberry notes. You'll get nice fruit flavors, but not too sweet, as most of the sugars ferment out with a final gravity around 1.008.
Triple Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA With Citra and Nelson Sauvin
Wow, this is our 11th year brewing Five of Swords with our close friends, E9 Brewing. Originally, this was intended to be the only IPA we made once a year, but oh how the times have changed. This year’s batch is a West Coast IPA brewed with a blend of pilsner, 2-Row, and wheat, and is aggressively hopped with Nectaron, Peacharine, and Cold-Pressed Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief. Bright, punchy, with a hint of green that has us looking forward a few months into those awesome beers of hop harvest.
2020 GABF Gold. Crisp, crushable West Coast IPA with notes of intense tropical fruit, sticky pine, and bright grapefruit. Born with the hammer down, this beer was built for speed.

Hello Satan is our first dive into the world of red ales. We brewed this throwback red ale with English Maris Otter, crystal malt, debittered black malt and a blend of Munich malts. Hello Satan was hopped in the kettle with Chinook and Citra and then open-fermented with our house pub ale strain. This little devil will have you saying hello to the past, in the best way possible.
English Session Ale brewed with both British Pale and Pilsner malts. Flavors of biscuity sweetness, toffee, orange peel, and dark berries.
Cacao on the nose. Chocolate on the palate, while still crisp. Ein Dunkles, Bitte!
Loaded up with mouth-watering passionfruit and ripe pink guava, this sour ale is tart and tropical. If you can't take a beach vacation right now, at least your palate can.
