This is Strawberry Magic Hard Cider kicked up with a hint of Saturday night. We blend it a little differently around here. If you’ve never tried it, get ready for confetti.

In collaboration with Pure Bliss Desserts, We offer this semi sweet cider made with their house made Caramel. The smell of caramel and apple But a surprisingly easy drinking cider that Is not too sweet and is full apple and caramel flavors. Perfect for the fall season and the added bonus of no sticky fingers!

Simcoe Fresh Hop IPA

Mr. Bob Dobalina, meet fresh Mosaic. Inspired by Del’s 1991 classic, this 6.6% West Coast IPA brings old-school swagger and fresh-picked flavor. Fresh Mosaic from Coleman Ag joins Columbus Cryo, Chinook, Strata, Mosaic Cryo, and Galaxy for a hop-heavy mix of citrus, tropical fruit, pine, and dank resin. Crisp, boldly bitter, and ready for repeat plays. All hops. No posers.

We teamed up with Watts Brewing to make this balanced tribute to both the malts of the PNW as well as the hops. Made specifically for the Grainmaker Festival in Spokane, this light fruity take on a traditional German style Hefeweizen is amped up through the use of a Dolcita dry hop addition to compliment the banana and clove notes with creamy peach rings and tropical fruit tones! Hopfenweisse is a beer meant for Summer.

Pumpkin pie in liquid form from our Scottish Ale, Kilty MacSporran. This beer is spicy and caramelly, full-bodied with a slightly sweet flavor and a lightly bitter finish. Our Berliner Weisse is a wheat beer with tartness achieved by “kettle souring.” The addition of huckleberry in just the right amount does the trick of adding fruitiness making this a bright, refreshing and pucker-worthy beer!

The Pumpkin Emoji Cream Stout is everything you’d expect from a fall cream stout. The hip younger sister of our Erma Gourd Pumpkin Porter, this beer has cocoa and light, roasty coffee flavors which blend deliciously with real pumpkin puree and a mix of pie spices. Lactose and flaked oats balance out bold dark malts creating a creamy smoothness not unlike a “PSL”—perfectly spiced latte.

Black IPA with Chinook, Mosaic and Simcoe hops to provide a resinous, citrusy balance with an assertive bitterness and a toasty caramel and chocolatey roasted malt background.

Blood Red Hazy Triple IPA hopped heavily with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Nelson. We did a bunch of trials to help us choose the best natural vegetable derived food coloring that wouldn’t impart any type of vegetal or earthy flavors. The end result will truly trick your senses. Blood Surge smells and tastes just like a super fruit forward, full bodied Hazy Triple IPA with notes of ripe peaches, drippy grapefruits, bright melon, and tangy passionfruit. All with blood red appearance.
