Brewed to celebrate Steve, local farmer and notable Australian who has picked up our spent grain to feed his cattle for so-long-we-don’t-even-remember-how-many years. A pale lager with Australian Galaxy hops that’s extra pale and extra crispy. Perfect for outdoor activities, and we like to think thirst quenching enough to stand up to a summer in Australia. Drinks quick and finishes dry with loads of white grape flavor and aroma. G’day mate!

Utilizing traditional lagering techniques, Chilly Willie pours like a classic Pilsner. Crystal clear, bright white head, light bodied and aromas of dry hop additions of Citra Cryo hops.

Aye, aye, Admiral! Admiral Red has returned! "Admiral Red" Red ale brewed with 2-row barley, Caramunich, Caraamber, roasted barley and Centennial hops.

Our latest Hazy rotator is a juice bomb that Johnny Castle would be proud of. Like Johnny, our idea of a Hazy IPA is juicy with a balanced hop bite. Each batch will have huge tropical and citrus aromatics, and this is no exception. So crack this open, lift it high, and prepare to have the time of your life. This 6.9% DDH Hazy IPA deploys Citra, Riwaka, Galaxy and Nectaron hops, then powers up with Nectaron terpenes for an explosive payload of ripe peach, passion fruit, pineapple and juicy citrus. Brewed in collaboration with Steeplejack for The Bitter Monk's 12th anniversary, Becky's Spring Bitter is a traditional bitter made with Marris Otter, Sterling and First Gold hops.

Our refreshing Kiteboard Kölsch with a Hawaiian twist. Hawaiian POG Kölsch is brewed with sweet orange peel and is transferred to the brite tank where more than 100lbs of Pink Guava and Passion Fruit are added. It pours hazy with a slight pink hue. Aromas of ripe orange and tropical fruit juice invite you in while guava and passion fruit flavors carry the spirit of Aloha in this beer. Grab a seat in the sun, close your eyes and sip the sweet nectar of the tropics.

We wanted to start the summer off right with a watermelon hibiscus tart ale. The flavors are spot on 'kicking it in the shade' with this crisp, refreshing beer. With the deep pink/red color of a watermelon, this tart brew will lead us perfectly into the warm summer days.
